How do I know a promo code actually works?
Every deal is manually reviewed before going live. Our team tests codes and verifies discount values. Deals with high error reports are auto-flagged for re-review.
Why has my code stopped working?
Promo codes can expire early if a brand runs out of stock or hits a redemption limit. Use the 'Report' button on any deal card — we review flagged deals within hours.
How do partners submit deals?
Partners register via the Join page, get approved within 24 hours, then use the Partner Portal to submit deals. Each submission is reviewed before going live.
Does NexusDeals cover all of Pakistan?
We index deals from brands that ship nationwide across Pakistan. Deals are labelled when they apply only to specific cities or regions.
How often is the deals catalog updated?
Our automated scrapers run daily across partner sites. Manual partner submissions go live within 24 hours of approval. Expired deals are removed within hours of expiry.
